You have a chance to be part of a club that facilitates networking and forming friendships.
Social activities, mixers and parties are held throughout the year exclusively for members.
Membership fees are a major source of funding to provide:
maintenance and upkeep
plans for future development and additions, such as LIGHTS
...but, isn't Freeport Community Park free and open to everyone. Why do I need to pay to join and why are there reserved times?
Good question!! Alle-Kiski Pickleball holds a lease for the courts from the park. The building and now the maintenance comes from donations and member fee. Like many other things that happen in the park, (softball, soccer, baseball, pavilions) there are reserved times when those things are not open to the public. A parent that pays for their child to play on a soccer team has the expectation that they will have reserved field time for practice and games. A member of AKP has the same expectation when they pay their membership fee.

Cost:
Individual Membership: $100 per year (January 1st to December 31st)
